Yeah, we have to present our proposal to a panel of ... well, is it a panel when it's two people and your adviser? Anyway, I'm told it takes about 10 minutes if they dawdle over it, and yet it feels so serious and end of the world.

Is that all? You'll be fine. No really. I did those, I just called them committee meetings and, in retrospect, shouldn't have stressed about them as much as I had at the time.
