This is what happens when you don't transcribe your videos on YouTube, but let Google Auto-transcribe them for you:

This particular frame is when he's saying "Heating costs are skyrocketing. So why doesn't Stephen Harper get it?"
I don't know, Layton. Why is it every time I email your Party and suggest they provide captioning on their videos you ignore my email? Putting up captions on your YouTube videos is a lot easier than getting elected Prime Minister when your Party is the NDP.

I've got a post up on FWD this morning about how all the parties are shitty about this. I also learned that it's easier to find Harper's YouTube site than the one for the Cons.
