I don't know, Layton. Why is it every time I email your Party and suggest they provide captioning on their videos you ignore my email? Putting up captions on your YouTube videos is a lot easier than getting elected Prime Minister when your Party is the NDP.

Is no-body watching? Joe Clark's excuse for lousy CC standards is that Deaf folks don't complain enough. But there are millions new eyes (and countless spiderbots) using these autocaps and they just don't do it.
